Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting a Contract Packer for a well-established client based in Long Lawford, Rugby. This is a practical, hands-on warehouse role, ideal for someone reliable who takes pride in doing the job properly.
Key Responsibilities: - Picking items from the warehouse to match order requirements
- Packing products securely and accurately for distribution
- Labelling packages correctly and checking orders before dispatch
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
- Working safely and following quality standards at all times
- Previous picking or packing experience preferred, but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Fluent in both Polish and English would be beneficial, as the on-site trainer is Polish-speaking
