WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
While working under the direction of the Director of Operations – Promotional Products, the Embroidery Machine Operator will embroider all necessary promotional items.
WE’D BE JAZZED IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING TRAITS
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm to 7pm, or 3pm to 11pm) Part-time and Full-Time option available currently
- A mechanical aptitude
- Prior embroidery experience.
- Drive and high energy, combined with a commitment to accountability and integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Set up machines (load embroidery logo file) to start a job.
- Control and adjust speed and thread tension based on logo and garment fabric.
- Clamp or "hoop" garments and load on embroidery machine.
- Check the thread to be sure it is moving freely.
- Test sewing of a logo to use as a customer proof.
- Fix thread breaks, replace thread bobbins, replace spools of colored thread.
- Move completed garments to shipping team.
- Check embroidered clothing for mistakes or flaws and make adjustments learned during training.
- Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of embroidery experience required
- Requires a high school diploma and/or
TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY
- Ability to use a computerized system to record operations.
- Ability to operate and trouble-shoot embroidery machine.
