Our Inventory Optimisation team is now looking for an Inventory Associate Administrator to join our operations based at the Thames Valley Distribution Centre in Thatcham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting stock integrity, product placement, and inventory control within a fast-paced distribution environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate inventory counts, overseeing stock movements, and supporting product placement strategies across the warehouse. Reporting to the Inventory Optimisation Assistant Manager, you will work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality. You will work with the Inventory Optimisation Team to complete targeted checks on areas with known integrity issues to discover the underlying cause for the issue, with a view of improving stock integrity throughout the business.

About You
You will be an experienced warehouse and distribution professional, confident working with high inventory volumes and fast-moving operations. You will have strong SAP experience and a proven ability to work to high standards of accuracy. You will also be familiar with Food Safety Regulations and Harrods’ own quality expectations.
