Line Operative Days Rowse Honey Wallingford

Monday - Friday (6-2 and 2-10 alternating)

Salary £28,894.60

 

Join the team behind one of the UK’s most loved honey brands. As a Line Operative at our Rowse Honey site in Wallingford, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our production lines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your work will help ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect, every single time.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a dedicated production team, working to agreed output levels while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. This is a hands‑on role where teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

Production Efficiency

  • Work as part of a line team to achieve agreed output levels and maintain product quality.
  • Ensure all products are produced in line with specifications and standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Follow instructions from the Team Leader and work closely with colleagues to meet shared goals.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture by reporting equipment defects or potential issues promptly.

Record Keeping

  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including production records and any deviations from standard processes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and escalate issues through the correct channels.
  • Support efforts to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across the team.
