Hours of work: 37.5 hours/week –
Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern:
Week 1 - Monday – Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
Week 2 - Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
Week 3 - Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Starting salary: £25,671.10 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) rising to £27,646.60 when training and competency achievement has been completed.

Role purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to facilitate the movement of our products onto vehicles for delivery to our customers, and other tasks as required, which must be carried out to the Imerys Quality and EHS Policies. A secondary but key part of this role is also to undertake day work maintenance duties to improve the visual appearance of the site and target continuous improvement.
Roles and responsibilities
Fulfil customer orders by ensuring the correct products are picked and despatched as per loading instructions.
Ensure all products despatched are in good condition and free of defects.
To carry out pre-shift checks on the mobile plant before use and operation of this equipment in accordance to operating procedures.
Undertake day work maintenance duties.
To ensure that housekeeping is maintained to a high standard.
Provide cover within the site’s milling and bagging operations as required.
Job requirements
Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Experience in an industrial environment preferred
A full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
Counterbalance forklift training (nationally accredited ideally)
Ability to follow set procedures and work within safe operating methods
Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
