Location: Northampton NN5 5JW
Salary: £28,089.10
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (06:30-15:00)

What you'll be doing;
 

• Emptying bins or collecting bags from premises 

• Ensuring that any potential danger to yourself, other employees and the general public is minimised

• Ensuring the road is left clean and tidy following collections, including bins placed back on the boundary and all spillages cleared

• Assisting the driver when manoeuvring the vehicle, especially reversing 

• Acting as ambassadors on behalf of the company, ensuring that the client is treated respectfully and that all requirements are complied with where safe to do so

What we are looking for;

Essential:

• Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with the public 

• Work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team 

• Reliable, punctual and focused 

Desirable:

• Waste industry knowledge and processes 

• Previous loader experience
