Salary: £40,000 per annum 


Hours: 7:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays required if needed

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Accident Repair Centre in Bognor Regis. You will be an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the coordination and management of courtesy cars, transportation of vehicles, and A Team staff across the group. You will also will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in vehicle movement, optimising resource allocation, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

This role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Oversee the logistics of vehicle movements within Halo, including incoming vehicles for repair, outgoing vehicles after repair completion, and transfers.
  • Coordinate the allocation and availability of courtesy cars for customers requiring temporary transportation during vehicle repair.
  • Develop efficient routes and schedules for vehicle transportation to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
  • Work closely with Fleet Manager ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Work closely with Claims Team to maintain bookings and utilise our capacity.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers to ensure A Team staff are allocated to the right sites maximising productivity.


What are we looking for?

  • CPC licence 
  • CILT qualification
  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards governing vehicle transportation.
