Machine operator /All rounder - Multiple shifts

Davin Industries has earned an enviable reputation as an industry leader in precision sheetmetal fabrication and contract batch manufacturing.

They are looking for reliable and hands-on Machine Operators interested in variety to join their busy manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operating, CNC or manufacturing experience who enjoys variety and is keen to learn and operate multiple machines.
 
You'll work across different areas of the factory, combining machine operation with hands-on manual tasks to help keep production running smoothly.
 
About the Role

• Operate and learn to operate a range of manufacturing machinery
• Assist with CNC machinery and production processes
• Monitor machine operation
• Carry out quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Complete manual production and factory tasks as required
• Use hand and power tools at times
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area
• Support the wider production team to meet deadlines and targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• CNC experience is highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in machinery
• Comfortable learning and operating different machines
• Good attention to detail
• Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on work
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Multiple Shifts Available

• Day Shift 7:30-3:40
• Afternoon Shift - 3:40-11:45
• Night Shift - Midnight -8am (approx)

Shift times and allowances will vary depending on the position.
