3 Rotational Shifts: Monday to Friday (6am till 2pm, 2pm till 10pm and 10pm till 6am)
Our site is all about producing high-quality snack products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands people love.
What’s the role about?
As a Machine Operator, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. There’s a lot of hands-on work – from troubleshooting issues to ensuring we meet our production and quality targets.
It’s a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we do. Whether you’re completing routine checks or stepping in to fix an issue, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving.

We’re looking for people with previous machine experience – food production experience is a big plus. You’ll also need:
Please note you will start off as a grade 1 operator and once all training is completed you will work your way up to a grade 2 or 3 machine operator.
