Location - Coalville
Salary - £25,283
Hours - 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off

Key Responsibilities
- Operate bespoke machines.
- Perform quality control to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Clean equipment and maintain the production work area.
- Conduct small preventative and reactive maintenance on automated production lines.
- Provide holiday and absence cover as needed.
- Uphold high standards of health and safety practices.
- Seek to improve productivity and share best practices with other shifts.
- Develop personal skills and abilities in line with the company’s progression route.
- Handle any other reasonable requests from management.
Key Skills and Experience
- Advantageous to have electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic experience.
- Ability to understand production planning to ensure smooth workflow.
- Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse and challenge data.
