Ensuring effective implementation of the quality management system, meeting all statutory, legal and contractual requirements. Engages stakeholders to drive compliance, strengthen risk management and support a resilient, high‑performing business. Acts as a key enabler of organisational change and continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering elements of the annual plan to agreed time and budget.
  • Managing internal and external audits, reporting insights and actions.
  • Investigating non‑conformance and drive corrective improvements.
  • Maintaining and improve management system content.
  • Analysing and present quality data and metrics.
  • Supporting training, communication and business development.
  • Monitoring and developing supply chain quality performance.
  • Contributing to efficiency, risk reduction and net‑zero goals.

You’ll need to have:

  • Educated to HNC/HND or country equivalent as a minimum, ideally in an industry related subject (or equivalent).
  • Good IT skills in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to use industry recognised standard software systems.
  • Similar quality assurance focussed role experience.
