Turret Machine Operator

They are currently seeking an experienced Turret Machine Operator to join their afternoon shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment and become part of a skilled and supportive manufacturing team.
 
About the Role

You will be responsible for operating turret punch machinery to produce high-quality sheet metal components to specification. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up turret punch machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
• Load materials and monitor machine performance
• Carry out quality checks on finished components
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating turret punch machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment

Shift Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift 3:40pm-11:45pm
