Job Purpose ​

The Warehouse Manager  is responsible for warehouse operations with the primary objective to maintain optimum stocks of all raw materials and packaging  to support production requirements in line with company procedures. The role will also involve providing flexibility to support procurement to manage company projects.

What you will contribute

• To maintain an orderly and hygienic warehouse in accordance with the duties and responsibilities of managers for health and safety.
• Determine usages of all raw materials from packaging materials from production programme and sales forecasts and order sufficient materials to support production requirements
• To maintain correct stock rotation of all raw materials and packaging. Ensuring that procedures are in place to ensure effective and traceable allocation on materials to production.
• To manage accurate stocks of all pallets, baskets and wheels for use around the site.
• To manage warehouse employees such that they comply with company requirements, are formally trained, continuously developed and well motivated.

What you will bring

• An experienced Warehouse Manager who has worked within the Food or FMCG industry
• Experience of managing a range of suppliers of varying sizes
• Experience of utilising SAP and MRP systems to drive visibility and improved service.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Business partner skills, result orientated and hands on.
• Self- motivated and adaptable to the demands of a fast-changing business.
• Strong people management and interpersonal and communication skills for all levels

Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am-7pm.
