We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client based in Scarborough, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse productivity, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining company standards for safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Supervisor:

• Monitor and review daily process performance.


• Daily stock checks


• Implement LEAN initiatives for stable operations.


• Plan and schedule goods in line with business needs.


• Drive site improvements and enforce standards.


• Enhance process reliability to improve health and safety efficiency.


• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve issues.


• Identify and address team training and development needs.
