Plant Clerk (Factory Administrator)

Are you excellent at managing multiple tasks and confident in maintaining various records and databases? 

• Create batch sheets and product labels for production lines.
• Maintain accurate records in the systems database.
• Track and update labor reports, including staffing numbers, agency sign-ins, and attendance records.
• Prepare and distribute work specification books for the next shift.
• Enter shift data into the company systems, ensuring it aligns with the control board.
• Assist the manager with essential tasks in our factory like updating production labels, maintaining spreadsheets, and entering shift data. 
• Perform other administrative tasks such as answering the phone and ensuring accurate information is kept up-to-date in our system 
• Raise work orders for departments like Engineering.
• Report any Health & Safety breaches.
• Ensure smooth departmental operations by managing the flow of information.

• Manufacturing experience (Desirable)

• Excellent communication skills
