Refuse Loader

Are you looking for reliable work, early starts, and a role that keeps you active? We are recruiting on behalf of the local council’s waste management department for Refuse Loaders to join their hardworking team in little Canfield, Dunmow.

As a Refuse Loader you will be a key part of the crew, helping to keep the community clean and safe. This is a physical role where no two days are the same, and you will be working outdoors in all weathers.

What you’ll be doing

• Collecting household waste and recycling across the area.

• Working as part of a close-knit team of refuse loaders and drivers

• Handling bins, bags and containers safely and efficiently

• Supporting the smooth running of daily waste management operations

 What we’re looking for

• Good physical health and fitness, as this is a physically demanding role

• Team players with a positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors

• Previous experience as a refuse loader, waste operative, bin loader or recycling operative would be an advantage, but not essential
