Warehouse Apprentice

Looking for an Apprenticeship? Look no further then Coveris. We specialise in high performance packaging and are looking for new talent to join our team. There is an exciting opportunity at our Boston site, to work in our warehouse as a warehouse operative apprentice.

You will complete a qualification alongside this role!

Key Areas of Responsibility

You will receive training in the following:

• Maintain and control stock in warehouse (99% plus accuracy)
• Maintenance and good housekeeping
• Working to tight schedules to ensure a high level of customer service
• Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and hygiene policies
• Fully understand and have knowledge of the Prism system and its use in all aspects of the warehouse department, as per training given
• Fully understand and receive finished goods, as per training given
• Recording accurately and completely all information

Key Requirements

• Conscientious
• Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast moving and demanding environment while still maintaining standards set within the business
• To be trusted to use own initiative with all the principle accountabilities
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) always
• High level of numeracy and accuracy skills
• Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English
